Weiss Research Engineer Applied Research Laboratory for Intelligence and Security (ARLIS) University of Maryland, College Park Biography From cars to cell phones, we expect the technologies we use every day to work as expected. In order to have a good understanding on how they will perform, engineers use Test and Evaluation (T&E). The more intelligent technologies are, the more comprehensive T&E needs to be. This talk will share the insight and best practices Dr. Brian A. Weiss has gathered from his nearly 30 years of assessing emergent, intelligent systems.
